Invalid Inconsistent License Key Solidworks Price

Good morning.
We have been running SolidWorks 2007 for a semester and it wasrecently requested that COSMOS be added to the installation. Afterrequesting and installing the COSMOS license server on our server Ireceive the following error when starting the service.
Also LMGRD.exe CPU utilization is above 80% making the systemuseless.
